Armani has chosen Marbella for its debut designs in residential development in Spain. The brand now joins forces with Sierra Blanca Estates, Palya Invest led by entrepreneur Abel Matutes, and tennis icon Rafael Nadal to create thirty-three exclusive properties right on the prestigious Golden Mile.
Tennis legend renews ties with fashion house
Nadal, who featured in various Emporio Armani campaigns back in 2011, returns to work with the group again in a fresh new capacity. The Spanish sports legend describes this plan as holding a deep personal importance, especially given his long admiration for the brand that supported him so early in his career.
Focus in the design of these exclusive homes centres on promoting wellness, sporting values and Mediterranean living through careful design choices. Low-density planning is said to deliver exceptional privacy and spacious and luminescent surroundings where architecture meets natural elements in a balanced composition.
Design philosophy draws from the core brand principles
The fashion house says that interiors will reflect Armani/Casa hallmarks of sober elegance, meticulous quality and environmental sensitivity as planners draw directly from Giorgio Armani’s emphasis on equilibrium, harmony and authenticity to present contemporary luxury that integrates serenity, healthy routines, family focus and a passion for fitness.
Construction timeline targets 2028 completion
Work is due to begin in June with phased sales and deliveries planned through until to 2028. Initial release covers just 12 residences to maintain strict control over standards, buyer experience and exclusivity.
