Europe’s Biggest Burger Festival In Palma

Burger fans in Mallorca are about to be spoiled for choice as one of Europe’s largest food events rolls into Palma, bringing together award-winning burgers, gourmet food trucks and a brand-new cheesecake experience under one roof.

A food festival on a giant scale

The Champions Burger is set to take over the grounds of Estadi Mallorca Son Moix from Friday June 20 until Sunday July 5, transforming the area into a major foodie destination for more than two weeks. Organisers describe it as Europe’s largest gourmet burger festival, with some of Spain’s most celebrated burger creators travelling to Mallorca for the event.

The festival follows a touring format that visits dozens of cities each year, attracting huge crowds eager to sample some of the country’s most talked-about burgers. This year’s Mallorca edition forms part of the event’s All Star Tour, showcasing fan favourites and competition winners from previous years.

Visitors can expect everything from premium dry-aged beef burgers to inventive creations packed with unusual toppings, artisan breads and signature sauces. Among the names featured are former national champions and specialist burger brands that have built large followings on Spain’s competitive street food scene.

Don’t forget the cheesecake

For 2026, organisers are introducing a new attraction alongside the burgers: The Champions Cheesecake.

The concept brings together some of Spain’s most sought-after cheesecakes, created by leading pastry chefs and specialist dessert makers. Festival-goers will be able to sample a variety of styles, from traditional recipes to more indulgent creations featuring ingredients such as pistachio cream, caramel popcorn and toffee sauce.

The addition reflects the growing popularity of gourmet cheesecakes across Spain and adds a sweet counterpart to the festival’s savoury focus.

Free entry and long opening hours

One of the biggest draws is that entry is completely free. Visitors only pay for the food and drinks they choose to purchase. The festival opens from 6pm until midnight Monday to Thursday, while on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays it runs from midday until midnight. Doors officially open on June 20 at 7pm.

Organisers promise a lively atmosphere inspired by major sporting events, with food trucks, music and entertainment helping to create a festival feel throughout the venue.

A busy summer for food lovers

The arrival of The Champions Burger adds another major event to Mallorca’s packed summer calendar. With burger competitions, gourmet desserts and free admission, the festival is expected to attract both residents and visitors looking for a different kind of night out in Palma. For anyone who loves comfort food, it could be one of the tastiest events on the island this year.
