Aprona white night

Estepona to dazzle in white for Aprona’s annual charity night

Published

on

Grab your brightest whitest outfit as Estepona is about to turn into a sea of white for one of its most loved charity nights of the summer.

When and where the Noche Blanca takes place

Fundacion Aprona brings back its long-running Noche Blanca event this weekend, with festivities beginning at 8.30pm on Saturday, July 25 at Mirador del Carmen. Guests must dress entirely in white, as tradition dictates for the occasion. Estepona Town Hall has partnered with organisers to host the evening, the main goal being to raise funds for Aprona’s projects supporting people with intellectual disabilities and their families.

Live music for the evening

Live performances will come from the talented Compas Flamenco and Sotano Sur, delivering the soundtrack for an evening built around music and solidarity.

Aprona’s work supporting families in Estepona

Fundacion Aprona has carried out work in Estepona for many decades, running projects designed to support people with intellectual disabilities and their families throughout the year. Noche Blanca has become one of the town’s main fundraising dates each summer, bringing together locals, neighbours and visitors keen to support the foundation’s work. Organisers hope the evening will raise awareness of inclusion as well as funds, inviting everyone attending to enjoy live music, good company and a shared sense of solidarity. Saturday’s gathering follows a tried and tested format that has remained unchanged for years: white clothing, socialising and a fundraising goal tied directly to disability support services in Estepona.

How to buy tickets for Noche Blanca

Tickets cost just €7 in advance and are available at Aprona’s car parks across Estepona, or €8 at the door on the night for those deciding at the last minute. Anyone wanting further details on Aprona’s wider projects can find information through the foundation’s official website.

Head along to the Mirador del Carem and join the party, just maybe avoid red wine
