Family fun netball day set to bring community together for children’s charity

Families in Mallorca are being invited to swap their Sunday lie-in for a morning of sport, raffles and fundraising as Calvià Netball prepares to host a lively Family Fun Day in support of a children’s charity.

The community-focused event, titled Shoot for a Cause, will take place on Sunday, May 10, at the Palau d’Esports Melani Costa in Calvià. Organisers say the morning is designed to welcome everyone, regardless of age or sporting ability, with a mix of netball activities, social games and entertainment planned throughout the event.

Running from 10:30am until 1:30pm, the fundraiser aims to create an inclusive atmosphere where local residents, families and visitors can come together for a good cause. Guests can choose to join in the netball sessions, cheer from the sidelines or simply enjoy the upbeat community atmosphere.
