Beatles fans can take a trip through some of pop music’s most famous songs when The Liverpool Band returns to Orihuela Costa on Friday, November 13. The long-running tribute act will perform at Los Cucalos in Los Dolses, bringing the music of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr back to the Costa Blanca stage.
Beatles tribute returns to Los Cucalos
The Beatles tribute show begins at 8:00 PM, with admission priced at €10. Reservations are already open for the performance at the popular Los Dolses restaurant.
The November show offers Costa Blanca audiences another chance to hear the music that made The Beatles one of the world’s most influential bands.
With a history stretching back almost three decades, The Liverpool Band has built its tribute around both the music and appearance associated with the Fab Four.
Liverpool Band formed back in 1997
The Liverpool Band has been performing the music of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr since 1997.
What began with a university party developed into a long-running tribute, with the musicians gradually adding instruments and costumes reflecting those used by the original Fab Four.
Their performances have since taken the group beyond Spain, including appearances at events celebrating the music and legacy of The Beatles.
Tribute band played legendary Cavern Club
Their Beatles credentials include a visit to Liverpool in 2011 for International Beatle Week, where they played seven concerts.
Three performances took place at the legendary Cavern Club, closely associated with The Beatles’ early career.
The group subsequently appeared at the 25th anniversary of Beatles Day in Mons, Belgium, in 2012 and at Beatles Night in Lille, France, the following year.
Those appearances form part of a tribute career that began in 1997 and continues with the band’s latest Costa Blanca performance.

ABBA fans can enjoy an evening packed with seventies favourites when ABBA Fusion comes to The Club Quesada on Friday, November 13. The duo takes to the stage for a party night combining some of the Swedish supergroup’s best-known songs with pop, disco, rock and electro music from the era.

The duo takes to the stage at 8:00 PM for a party night mixing ABBA’s biggest hits with pop, disco, rock and electro music from the era.
Expect plenty of familiar ABBA favourites, with classics such as Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, Waterloo, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!, Take a Chance on Me and Voulez-Vous among the songs that made the Swedish group one of the defining acts of the seventies.
The combination promises a varied evening for fans of the decade, with ABBA’s unmistakable sound at the heart of the entertainment.

ABBA’s catalogue has remained enormously popular decades after the group first found international fame, making their music a natural fit for a night designed to get the audience singing and dancing.
Alongside the ABBA favourites, the duo will mix in other styles from the era, bringing together pop, disco, rock and electro music as part of the Friday night show.
Tickets cost just €5 per person
Tickets for the ABBA Fusion show cost just €5 per person, with booking essential.
Food will also be available at the venue, allowing guests to make an evening of the entertainment before settling in for the live show.
The Club Quesada regularly hosts live music and tribute nights and is located at Calle Toledo 24, Ciudad Quesada, Rojales.
